Colin’s down-to-earth, honest and trustworthy personality is the foundation for developing both culture and reputation at Loan Studio.
He is always working to develop strong relationships with lenders and industry partners to ensure our team can exceed client expectations. Over the past seven years, Colin has mentored up-and-coming brokers by providing coaching and development pathways.
Colin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Loan Studio, backed by his own love for people and finance.
In his spare time, Colin enjoys reading, playing sport, listening to music and fine dining.

Sonia Rohlf
Director
Sonia brings more than 15 years industry experience to Loan Studio. Her passion is customer service and she does everything she can to exceed client expectations.She has been recognised for her achievements, winning the Choice Home Loans, Loan Writer of the Year award in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
Sonia was also a finalist for the prestigious Australian Mortgage Awards in the categories of Young Gun of the Year 2009, Broker of the Year – Independent 2010 and Broker of the Year – Insurance 2010.
In her spare time, Sonia enjoys spending time with her two children, listening to music and fine dining.

Steven Mottau
Regional Sales Manager (East)
Steve has worked in the banking and finance industry for over 10 years. His roles have covered the gamut of lending from the initial loan input, through to lodgment and credit assessment.
From this broad knowledge base, Steve has zeroed-in on residential and commercial mortgages and has become an expert in residential mortgages, construction loans and investment structures.
Steve is intrinsically client-centric in his thinking and has the ability to roll his sleeves up and do what is required to "get the job done”. His speed of process and rate of approvals are second to none.
Having bought, built and invested, Steve has a keen interest in finance and real estate.
In his spare time Steve is actively involved in local sports committees, playing sports and eating out.

Bill Jara

Bill is a highly experienced mortgage professional, specialising in residential mortgages with a focus on land and construction loans.
With over 15 years in the finance industry, working in various roles at major banks, Bill comes with both technical expertise and a genuine passion for service.
Bill's professionalism and client-focused work ethic has been recognised in his achievement as a finalist for the Prestigious Australian Mortgage Awards in the 2 categories of Young Gun of the Year 2010 and Broker of the Year (Insurance) 2010.
On a personal note, Bill has a keen interest in Football (Soccer), enjoys reading fictional novels and going to the cinema.

Suresh is a recent addition to our sales team. With a background in SME and property development, Suresh's focus is residential and investment lending.
Suresh has worked closely with many investors purchasing varied investments including NRAS properties.
With his exceptional people skills and process orientated nature, Suresh is sure to be a sought after addition to our team.
In his spare time Suresh enjoys spending time with his two sons and exercising his creative flair by writing music and singing.
NB. (The National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) is a legislative initiative aiming to increase the supply of new rental dwellings and improve rental affordability. NRAS properties are rented to tenants who meet the NRAS eligibility criteria, and are administered by an approved Consortium).

Kim has been in the banking and finance industry for over 20 years and has worked in many varied facets of lending.
Kim has a caring, intuitive approach to dealing with our clients, which leaves them feeling not only informed and educated, but also valued. Her technical skills are second to none and her in-depth knowledge of lender credit policies and procedures, along with passion for people, allows Kim to achieve nothing but positive outcomes for her clients.
In her downtime, Kim enjoys spending time with her daughter, travel and shopping (like any normal woman!).

He is a member of the National Institute of Accountants, a Registered Tax Agent, a Fellow of The Taxation Institute of Australia and a member of SMSF Professional Association of Australia (SPAA). Stephen has fourteen years' experience in the Accounting profession working in and then managing divisions that specialised in Tax/Business Services and Superannuation.
He has spent the last nine years specializing in the provision of services to self-managed superannuation funds (SMSF). With Stephen’s background in Business Services/Tax and Superannuation he understands Superannuation from the perspective of a family group and is able to drive efficiencies in compliance and advisory services that provide a valuable support to professional service firms and trustees.

In 2012, Glen was given the prestigious award of ‘Number 4 Estate Agent in Australia’. Before entering real estate Glen spent many years in finance and money markets, working with the likes of Westpac and Coles Myer.
Glen believes, “A good estate agent understands this and will do their best to ensure owner's expectations are met when their property goes to market.”
This approach has served Glen well during his 20 years in real estate. He has establishedhimself as a major force in the Victorian market, winning numerous awards and becoming widely recognised as one of the leading staff trainers in Australia and New Zealand, however he still spends most of his time doing what he does best - selling real estate. Glen's success was confirmed when he was appointed to head the highly viewed 2011 ‘The Block’ campaign for channel 9.
