I would like to highlight what I believe to be an exceptional member of staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with recently.
Sonia Rolf's name was given to me by a Carlisle Homes representative when we had some concerns around financing a new construction loan and potentially keeping our existing home as an investment.
My wife contacted Sonia and I after answering a few quick questions Sonia came back to us very quickly with a spreadsheet detailing our financial position and related costs for the scenario we were considering going with.
This spreadsheet was very helpful for us to be able to look at our budget and to ensure that if we went down that path we could service the loans.
We were also able to use it as a sanity check when incorrect information was provided and missed by not only another finance broker (not Loan Studio) but also a very major bank at two authorisation points. The incorrect information provided caused us to very nearly cancel the building contract and lose $5,000 in deposits that we would not have been able to recover. After I went back to the bank a couple of times to question their outcome, they assured me all the details were correct. I contacted Sonia as a final check before cancelling the contract. Sonia’s confidence in her numbers and experience in finance re-assured me that they had got it wrong and Sonia was able to very quickly tell me where everyone else had got it wrong.
Sonia’s professionalism, lightning responses to queries as well as the obvious expertise and knowledge of finance shone through very quickly. Our impressions of finance and mortgage brokers has not only been restored but has put you at the top of pack in my view. I would have no hesitation in future in contacting Loan Studio to help with our finance needs. I will also at every opportunity let the world know what a fantastic job you did and the professionalism of your representatives, which is hopefully reflected throughout the rest of your organization.
